Organizational Structure

The Company has the following controls:

- General meeting of partners;
- Board of Directors (Supervisory Board);
- Sole executive body - the General Director.

The supreme governing body is the general meeting of partners.
The Board of Directors has overall management of the Company.
The General Director manage the current operations of the Company.

The authorized capital of the Company is composed of the value of the contributions of its members and is set at 681,525.17 roubles (Six hundred eighty-one thousand five hundred twenty-five roubles 17 kopecks).
