Zaitsev Anatoly Nakhmanovich
In 1962 he graduated from the the Moscow Institute of Engineers Water behalf of VR Williams (later it was converted to Hydraulic Engineering Department of the Engineering Faculty of the K. A. Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural). From 1969 to 1979 he works in the Department of Hydropower Testing in the Research sector of Hydroproject Institute of S.Y.Zhuk.
Since 1979 he has been working at the Gidrospetsproekt Institute of the Soyuzgidrospetsstroy system. Supervised the design of pile foundations under the main buildings of the South-Ukrainian NPP, DNPP in Libya, pile foundation under the tower of the Minsk and Kharkov Nuclear Cogeneration Plants, pile foundations under the building and process environment of Dniester Hydroelectric Pumped Storage Power Plant, pile foundations under the columns and turbosets of Gusinoozerskaya, Nizhnevartovsk, Urengoy, Dnepropetrovsk GRES power plants.
He has five publications on Deep Foundation in the journals "Grounds, Foundations and Soil Mechanics", "Construction Abroad" and in the Proceedings of the 14th European Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering in Madrid in 2007. He was awarded the title of Honorary Powerman by the Ministry of Energy, the Honorary builder of the Ministry of Energy, Honored Worker of the Russian Federation Ministry of Energy.
