Construction Management Plan of the underground complex of Pamirskaya Hydro Power Plant in hard-to-reach mountainous Gorno-Badakhshan region.

Organizational and technological scheme of construction of an extended (3.5 km) derivation tunnels, mines of equalization reservoirs, inclined and horizontal conduits provides operations, combined with the approaching excavation faces development.   The  lining of hydrotechnical tunnels construction provides spray concrete in areas with intact rocky gruunds.
